Welcome to Southampton City Scout District Beaver Section
This is the first section of Scouting, which in 2006 celbreated it's 20th birthday. Beaver Scouts is for young people between the ages of six and eight.
The Beaver Scouts have a stimulating, diverse and exciting programme. They play games, making friends, go on visits and help others. There are twelve badges that the Beavers can earn. The top award is the Bronze Chief Scout Award.
Beavers move up to Cubs when they are eight years old.

Beaver Scouts Uniform - Beaver Scouts wear a turquoise sweatshirt, navy blue trousers and a Group scarf.
Want to be a Beaver Scout - You may need to go on a waiting list if your local Beaver Scout Colony is full. Check this out, well before your sixth birthday.
